260 STUDIO POLICIES 

DAY OF APPOINTMENT POLICIES 

TARDINESS 

260 Studio has a 30-minute lateness policy. If you are running late to your appointment, please call/text ahead to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 30 minutes of scheduled appointment, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and a cancellation fee will apply. 

 

NO CALL NO SHOWS 

No call no shows will NOT be able to re-book at 260 Studio. As we have a ZERO tolerance with no call no shows. Technology is at the tip of our fingers these days and there is NO reason to not let your stylist know if you cannot make the appointment and/or running late.  

 

CANCELLATIONS 

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; Therefore, we respectfully require at least 24-72 hours notice for cancellations. Should you cancel, there will be no charge for that cancelled appointment but in order to reschedule for a new appointment date, there will be a rescheduling fee added to the next appointment and paid upon booking. 

 

RESCHEDULING FEES

 NBR Maintenance Appointments + Color Appointments 

  If you canceled your appointment 24 hours or less of the scheduled appointment, an invoice will be sent for the services booked via email for the canceled appointment and this invoice must be PAID in order to rebook. 

 

  If you canceled your appointment between 24-48 hours of scheduled appointment, a fee of $100 will be charged through an invoice and sent via email for canceled appointment. This must be PAID at the time of re-booking.

 

New NBR Installs 

    A non-refundable deposit is collected upon booking. If you cancel less than 72 hours notice before the scheduled appointment that deposit will be forfeited and in order to reschedule another non-refundable deposit will need to be collected.

Time is the most valuable thing we have and cannot get back. Please be considerate of our stylist, and we thank you for respecting our policies!

NO CHILDREN/EXTRA GUESTS 

For the safety of your children and the relaxation of our guests, children and/or additional guests are not permitted in the salon during your scheduled appointment.

 

CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT REQUIRED

A credit card is NOT required to be kept on file BUT there are rescheduling policies if an appointment is missed, cancelled within 24-72 hours, or no call no show. See below for all policies.   

CONFIRMATION TEXT

As a courtesy, a confirmation text will be sent to you 5 days prior to your appointment. If you do not confirm, your appointment will be cancelled. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and our cancellation fee. 

 

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES 

All products purchased inside 260 Studio can be returned or exchanged 30 days after item(s) purchased.

There are NO refunds on service(s) performed. If you are unhappy with your hair please reach back to the salon within 7 days after service date. Hair grows and color fades, this time frame gives the client and stylist time to find a date to redo your service! :)
