DAY OF APPOINTMENT POLICIES
TARDINESS
260 Studio has a 15-minute lateness policy. If you are running late to your appointment, please call/text ahead to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes of scheduled appointment, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and a cancellation fee will apply.
NO CALL NO SHOWS
No call no shows will NOT be able to re-book at 260 Studio. As we have a ZERO tolerance with no call no shows. Technology is at the tip of our fingers these days and there is NO reason to not let your stylist know if you cannot make the appointment and/or running late.
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; Therefore, we respectfully require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations for all services. Should you cancel, there will be no charge for that cancelled appointment but in order to reschedule for a new appointment date, there will be a rescheduling fee due at the time of rescheduling.
RESCHEDULING FEES
Extension Maintenance Appointments + Color Appointments
If you canceled your appointment 12 hours or less of the scheduled appointment for any service, an invoice will be sent for full amount of services booked via email and this invoice must be PAID in order to rebook.
If you canceled your appointment 24 hours of scheduled appointment for any service, half of booked services will be charged through an invoice and sent via email for canceled appointment. This must be PAID at the time of re-booking.
If you canceled your appointment 48 hours of scheduled appointment for any services, a fee of $100 will charged through an invoice and sent via email for canceled appointment. This must be PAID at the time of re-booking.
New Extension Installs
A non-refundable deposit is collected upon booking. There are no refunds on deposits. If you cancel less than 72 hours notice before the scheduled appointment that deposit will be forfeited. In order to be reschedule a new non-refundable deposit will need to be collected.
Time is the most valuable thing we have and cannot get back. Please be considerate of our stylist, and we thank you for respecting our policies!

NO CHILDREN/EXTRA GUESTS/PETS
For the safety of your children and the relaxation of our guests, children and/or additional guests are not permitted in the salon during your scheduled appointment. We love our furry friends; however, in order to keep our appointment running efficiently we ask to keep all fur babies at home.
CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT REQUIRED
A credit card is NOT required to be kept on file BUT there are rescheduling policies if an appointment is missed, cancelled within 24-72 hours, or no call no show. See below for all policies.
CONFIRMATION TEXT+EMAIL
As a courtesy, a confirmation text and email will be sent to you 5 days prior to your appointment, another text will be sent 2 days prior to your appointment and a final email will be sent 1 day prior to your appointment. If you do not confirm, your appointment will be cancelled. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and our cancellation fee.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
260 Studio does not offer refunds of any kind.
If adjustments need to be made with your hair please reach back to the salon within 7 days after service date. Hair grows and color fades, this time frame gives the client and stylist time to find a date to make adjustments with your hair! :)
